  • Crush 20 cookies to form fine crumbs; mix with butter until well blended. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Chop 16 of the remaining cookies.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add ice cream; mix well. Stir in chopped cookies; pour over crust.
  • Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Top with remaining cookies.

    This recipe is easy to make and got rave reviews at our party today! I don't have a springform pan, so I simply put it in a 7x11 pan and served it in squares. It worked beautifully. Everyone asked for the recipe. Will definitely make this again!

    I made this for a summer party and it was a huge hit! I didn't mix everything right, and in each bite you could taste a difference of cream cheese v. ice cream, and it was still a great success. Definitely worth the calories and made a great presentation. I would make it again. Thanks Kraft!
