  • Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in crushed cookies and 1/2 cup COOL WHIP.
  • Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; top with remaining COOL WHIP and reserved cookie pieces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used Sugar/Fat Free Choc. I used Sugar/Fat Free Choc. Pudding, FF 1% Milk, and FF Whipped Cream- but with the regular cookies it taseted great! I prepared it while cooking dinner and portioned it into water goblets and let it chill in the fridge until dessert time. My husband loved it! I will make it the next time we have company over for dinner :) Cheap, quick, easy, and tasty!

I used cheesecake flavored fat free/sugar free pudding mix instead of the vanilla, substituted fat free milk and lite cool whip - and we both thought it tasted better than cookies and cream ice-cream. Quick and easy, too. Will be making this again very soon, and often.

I have also made different combinations such as banana pudding and adding fresh strawberries or using a different flavor cool whip. Whatever your taste buds desire will work in this recipe. Have fun with your imagination and make it your own.

I bought one of the Oreo snack minis for the cookies. crushed them in the little pouch and thats aboout it. I'm watching my diet ( lost 60 Pds ), and this is an awesome way to treat myself. The guys in the family like it too !!!!!!!!!!!

Fast and easy.......I doubled the recipe (it doubled very easily) and everyone LOVED it! It was so good and there was a little bit leftover, but it went FAST! I can't wait to try other fast dessert recipes. It's funny how excited the family gets when you make a little dessert!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The first time I made it, I finely crushed cookies and the kids weren't too pleased. The first time I made it, I finely crushed cookies and the kids weren't too pleased. But the second time I left some of the crumbs at a chocolate chip size and it went over much better. It also helped keep the pudding a cream color, which was more pleasing to the eyes.

I did cut down on the calories by using Reduced-Fat Oreos, Sugar-Free Instant pudding, & using Fat-Free Cool Whip. And even with all those substitutions it still turned out great. My family & I enjoyed it very much.

We doubled the recipe because there were 6 of us - so happy to have left-overs!!! It came together very quickly and easily - ingredients I'll keep on hand for a fast dessert or when unexpected company shows up!
