Here it has been extremely hot, triple digits and this was cool & refreshing. I read ratings and made the orange jello and with mandarin oranges added. Looking forward to trying it as a pie as suggested with other flavors.

I make this as a grahm cracker pie. I pour the jello/icecream in to the pie crust and then add fruit once the jello mixture firms up. I top it off with fresh fruit. It is a cool and refreshing dessert.

Awesome, easy, inexpensive. Everyone I have made this for loved it. Depending on the jello flavor, after taking it out of the mold, add fruit to the plate for a little extra. Our favorite, orange jello, vanilla ice cream and manderine oranges.
