I live on Martha's Vineyard, where there are too many elegant restaurants! When you get a salad, you can tell that the chef is competing with all the other chefs on the island for your attention. Well, often creativity does not spell good eating! So I was eager to try this recipe, with rather exotic ingredients that to me sounded good together. You and I were right. This is an excellent salad that could become an elegant, light dinner for those steamy days of summer ahead. Not for kids, but for you and your beloved or with friends: wonderful!
