What You Need

2
cups  finely crushed pretzels
1/2
cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/4
cup sugar
2
cups water, divided
2
pkg.  (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
1
can  (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1
cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1
cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Mix pretzels, butter and sugar. Press pretzel mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 10 min. Cool.

BRING 1 cup of the water to boil. Pour over dry gelatin mix; stir until dissolved. Add remaining 1 cup water; mix well. Meanwhile, place sweetened condensed milk and sour cream in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Slowly pour in gelatin mixture; cover. Blend until well blended. Pour over crust.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until set. Cut into 16 squares. Top each serving with whipped topping.

A sprinkle of grated lime peel over the whipped topping is a nice extra touch.
Substitute
Other flavors of JELL-O Gelatin, such as strawberry, cherry, raspberry, orange or lemon are great for this dessert too. Follow recipe as directed; top with fresh fruit to match flavor.
