Perfect for serving at a summer party, this refreshing dessert features a sweet lime custard paired with a salty pretzel crust.

What You Need

2
cups   finely crushed pretzels
1/2
cup  butter, melted
1/4
cup  sugar
2
cups  water, divided
2
pkg.   (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
1
can   (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1
cup  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX first 3 ingredients until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 10 min.; cool.

BRING 1 cup water to boil. Add to gelatin mixes; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining water; set aside. Blend sweetened condensed milk and sour cream in blender until smooth. Add gelatin mixture; blend well. Pour over crust.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
