Cool 'n Creamy Coffee Freeze

You could easily pay $3-4 a pop for something like this. My 13 year old loves iced coffees and cappuccinos. He gave it a big "thumbs up".

What You Need

cup fat-free milk

Ice cubes

cup frozen COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee

Make It

POUR milk into large glass measuring cup. Add enough ice to measure 3 cups. Pour into blender. Add frozen whipped topping, dry pudding mix and coffee; cover.

BLEND on high speed until smooth.

POUR into glasses. Serve immediately.

very easy to make and tastes like something expensive from a coffee shop, will make again and try using chocolate!

This was alright....it tasted too much of pudding, and not enough like a shake. I think halving the pudding would do the trick....it def. needs more coffee for flavor!

It was difficult to make in my blender. Not all the ingredients would blend so I had to split it up and make this. I suggest halfing the recipe if you have a regular-sized blender. I made mine with Hazelnut instant coffee and it was delicious. Hit the spot!

I made it several times. I used chocolate cool whip and pudding mix a couple of times as well. It is very yummy! I didn't use the coffee everytime either, as I am not much of a coffee lover, but it was still good.

This is very good. Try also using Sugar Free Suisse Mocha coffee mix or Sugar Free Chai for variety.

use french vanilla cool whip, white choco instant pudding, and pre - cooled cappacino. WOW! and still pretty low - cal!!!
