Cool 'n Creamy Coffee Freeze Recipe

What You Need

cup milk

Ice cubes

1

cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)

1

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

1

Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee

Enjoy preparing this delicious recipe with MH coffee.

Make It

POUR milk into 1-qt. glass measuring cup. Add enough ice to measure 3 cups. Pour into blender. Add frozen whipped topping, dry pudding mix and coffee granules.

BLEND on high speed until smooth.

POUR into four glasses. Serve immediately.

Excellent! Also great with oreo pudding and I'm going to try it with banana pudding. I replaced regular milk with vanilla almond milk, which was also very good.

It taste so wonderful! If you have leftovers, freeze it and it makes ice cream that is AMAZING!!!!!!

As others suggested, increased the instant coffee to 5 T, and did the chocolate pudding version. My husband LOVES the Dairy Queen Mocha Moolatte, and this passed the test for him! Topped each glass with a bit of chocolate syrup and a dollop of cool whip. Perfect treat on a hot day.

I forgot to add on my original rating that I used Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding mix and Fat Free Cool Whip. I highly recommended it if you're looking for something sweet and healthy!

I made the mocha version of this recipe. The chocolate pudding covered up the coffee taste and I was disappointed. This is more like a thick pudding shake. Good substitute without the calories. So if your looking for a coffee flavor try the vanilla instead. I will try it next.
