COOL 'N EASY No-Bake Lime Pie

Cool and easy does it in this creamy, no-bake pie made with COOL WHIP, lime-flavored JELL-O and a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.

What You Need

2/3
cup  boiling water
1
pkg.  (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
 Ice cubes
1/2
cup  cold water
1
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1
tsp.  lime zest, finely chopped
1
 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Make It

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Stir in zest.

SPOON into crust.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.
