Well all the ice melted when I added it to the gelatin. Guess thats why it didnt thicken up at all. Will try again.
I wanted to firm it up a bit so it would cut better so I added 1/2 cup of sourcream to the mix and this was a wonderful addition made it really taste great and easier to to cut without changing the taste too much.
