Smoothie can be made ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, or freeze up to 1 week. Re-blend before serving. If smoothie was frozen, thaw 20 min. to soften slightly before blending.
Prepare using your favorite flavor yogurt, regular COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and/or frozen strawberries or any other cut-up seasonal fruit.
Prepare as directed, cutting all ingredients in half. Makes 2 servings, 1 cup each.
Cool off with this "berry" delicious low-fat smoothie. As a bonus, the strawberries provide an excellent source of vitamin C.

Too thick for the blender, I had to add about 1/2 cup of milk. It had a very mild, watered down taste. I think too much ice added.
I liked it more than my 7 year old son but I think adding some extra cool whip would help. Next time he wants to try blueberry.
This was an excellent smoothie. It was really quick and easy to make. I will agree with another reviewer that said suggested adding more cool whip. If you like strawberries, you'll love this.
