cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
broiler-fryer chicken (4 lb.), cut up
cup  KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped

Make It

POUR dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

GRILL chicken 40 min. or until done (165°F), turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce mixture for the last 15 min.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad, hot baked beans and CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade.
Food Facts
Chipotle peppers are smoked jalapeño peppers. Most of the heat from the jalapeño is retained during the smoking. They are very spicy, and are typically found in the ethnic food aisle. You can buy them dried whole, powdered, pickled or canned in adobo sauce. The canned version is typically the easiest to find.
Creative Leftovers
Cool, then refrigerate any leftovers. Remove chicken from bones; place chicken in medium bowl. Add enough KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise to moisten chicken, then enjoy.
