  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Bring water and margarine to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  • Place chicken, top-sides down, on cutting board; top with ham, cheese and stuffing. Starting at 1 short end, tightly roll up each chicken breast. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

How to Pound Chicken Breasts

Place 2 chicken breasts in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Pound chicken with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thick. Remove chicken from bag; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.

Substitute OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Honey Ham for the brown sugar ham.

This recipe was great. My brother in law liked it so much he ate 3 servings, as did my husband.

I made this for my husband for valenines day. He loved it! However, if I make it again I will lightly brush oil on the chicken breasts to keep them from being dry. The dressing just didn't quite accomplish that. I also like the idea of spreading some of the dressing inside before rolling. Overall yummy and easy!
