  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Bring water and margarine to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

OK so I made a few changes because Im pregnant and the smell of the stuffing made me sick...strange becaue i normally love it...anyways I pounded out the breasts then put in layers one piece of the hame with a 1/2 slice of swiss making 2 layers, put about a tablespoon of the honey dressing, rolled them up, then I dipped the rolled breast in egg white and coated with italian style bread crumbs, I covered my pan with foil for the 1st 20 min....baked uncovered another 35 min, my breasts were a little thick...OMG sooooooo good and moist!!!! My husband said it was one of the best meals Ive made!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did this a little differently than the recipe said...it was great. I did this a little differently than the recipe said...it was great. I didn't have any honey mustard dressing, so I mixed up a sauce using almost equal parts of spicy brown mustard and honey, then one clove of garlic (minced), a touch of olive oil, and a bit of red wine vinegar. I spread that onto the outside of the stuffed chicken breasts, sprinkled bread crumbs on top, and drizzled melted butter over the top. My husband loved it. And it was so easy to prepare. This will be a new regular on our menu.

My fam on the other hand really likes ham and thought it was fabulous. I would make it again to keep them happy, but make myself one minus the ham. **Make sure to pound out the chicken into thin strips in order to make it easier to roll up.**

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this for my husband for valenines day. I made this for my husband for valenines day. He loved it! However, if I make it again I will lightly brush oil on the chicken breasts to keep them from being dry. The dressing just didn't quite accomplish that. I also like the idea of spreading some of the dressing inside before rolling. Overall yummy and easy!

It still turned out great! The picky 10 year old even liked it. Next time I want to use more cheese and maybe spread the dressing inside the the chicken before rolling up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is simple yet looks fantastic and is quite filling. This recipe is simple yet looks fantastic and is quite filling. I love dijon mustard so this dressing topped it off very well. I only cooked for three people so this recipe is ideal for using leftovers, we can have ham and cheese sandwiches later (with yummy dijon dressing).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this dish for our Sunday family get-together. I made this dish for our Sunday family get-together. Everyone loved it-even those who don't particularly care for chicken. Very easy to make yet it tastes like you spent the day preparing it. I made extra to have for lunch the next day and there were no left-overs!
