Combine corn, dressing and 2 Tbsp. water in saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in peppers.
Rinse 15-1/2-oz. can black beans. Add to the corn mixture before microwaving, increasing the microwaving time if necessary until corn mixture is heated through.

I was somewhat dissappointed with this recipie. The taste got dull after a couple of bites. I was able to salvage it by baking it in the oven til it browned a little bit. It also needed crackers
What a fun new taste on corn! Great to take to a covered dish meal.
Will not make this again. Kids and husband hated it. To much ranch they said. I loved it. Try less ranch dressing in it. Cook peppers with corn works better.
