Use Your Stove
Mix corn, dressing and 2 Tbsp. water in saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in red peppers.
Add 1 (16-oz.) can drained and rinsed black beans to the corn mixture before microwaving.
