Cornbread-Topped BBQ Bake

Ground turkey and onions are simmered with A.1.-spiked BBQ sauce and then baked with cheese and corn-muffin batter in this tasty casserole.

What You Need

lb.  ground turkey
1
 onion, chopped
1/2
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Tbsp.  A.1. Original Sauce
1
cup  frozen corn
1-1/2
cups  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1
pkg.  (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK turkey and onions in large saucepan on medium heat until turkey is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Add barbecue sauce and steak sauce; stir. Simmer 10 min. or until thickened. Stir in corn; spoon into 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.

PREPARE corn muffin mix as directed on package; stir in remaining cheese. Drop batter by spoonfuls over meat mixture in dish; carefully spread to completely cover meat mixture.

BAKE 22 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
