What You Need

1
cup  boiling water
1
pkg.  (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1
cup  orange sherbet
 COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (in a can)

Make It

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.

STIR in sherbet until melted. Pour into 4 martini or wine glasses.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Top each with 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP just before serving.

Top each dessert with a lemon or lime twist.
How to Double Recipe
Prepare using 2 cups boiling water, 1 pkg. (8 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin and 1 pt. (2 cups) orange sherbet. Pour into 8 glasses. Makes 8 servings.
