    never made it but it looks terribly gross. not much of a cottage cheese fan or any of the other ingredients.

    Scoop out some of the bread to lower the carbs (and use a whole wheat roll) - the little 'well' that you create holds the ingredients. YUMMY Also you can modify the ingredients just a little & throw it in the toaster oven (or regular oven) and warm it up. mmmmmmmm
