I varied the recipe with smoked chicken slices instead of turkey, whole wheat english muffin and fresh green onions. I tried the warm version of the recipe, but the warm cottage cheese did not appeal to me. I'll try it again without heating. I'm sure I'll like it much better.
This was very good, even better than I thought it would be. I salted and peppered, also, and I broiled it too. Yum! I ate both halves of the muffin topped for my lunch and was full all afternoon.
This was great I just added salt and pepper though, it was yummy!
