I decided to try this one day against my better judgement because it's healthy and I'm always looking for new healthy recipes. I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese but can handle it with some things. Well, my boyfriend said it was pretty good which is why I gave it two stars, but I was honestly not able to force it down. After eating about half, I gave up. Just not a very good recipe.

I'm not a fan of cottage cheese by any means but I'm trying to eat healthier so I thought I'd give this a try. I used honey ham instead, 2 slices of roma tomatoes and sprinkled the top with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb. This is now a new fave morning dish. It's quick, healthy AND great tasting!

I varied the recipe with smoked chicken slices instead of turkey, whole wheat english muffin and fresh green onions. I tried the warm version of the recipe, but the warm cottage cheese did not appeal to me. I'll try it again without heating. I'm sure I'll like it much better.
