Rated 3 out of 5 by from I enjoyed it, it was definitely different. I enjoyed it, it was definitely different. I love pineapple, so anything that includes it I usually like. If you have an issue with textures, this might not be the thing for you. It definitely was a bit chalky. A good treat if you like pineapple and cottage cheese!

I personally didn't like it...I guess I was hoping for something near sweet and this wasn't it..I added coconut and more pineapple but it didn't help...This was missing something for me but I'm not quite sure how to put my finger on it...

It was a good recipe, but you could not taste the pineapple in it.It has way too much of the cottage cheese in it. Probably needs more pineapple, or I might put some vanilla in it next time. I will make it again.
