I doubled all the items except the macaroni, i used about 3 cups once cooked. I added garlic, pepper, a table spoon of mayo and a three cheese oil based dressing (about 1cup), and added olives. my daughter wouldnt stop taking it from the bowl i made it in. I took it to a BBQ and EVERYONE loved it!!! Great Recipe!!! I am going to give it to my mom and sister to try.
Very pretty, looked just like the picture but the taste was diappointing. Very bland even though I added a little seasoned salt and some sliced Kalamata olives. Maybe make it with less pasta.
I loved it! My family not so much. I made a whole pound of pasta and doubled all the ingredients but only ended up putting half the pasta in.
