Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was delicious! This recipe was delicious! The uncooked onions were too strong for the children's taste, though. Next time I make this side dish I think I'll add cooked onions instead of raw. It's definitely a recipe we'll be using often. It's a wonderful way to get everyone to eat their spinach! Instead of fresh tomatoes, I added 1/2 cup of canned diced tomatoes. YUM!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was a hit! This recipe was a hit! I made it for my office holiday party as an alternative that was tasty, and healthful as well. The red onions were a lttle overpowering, and I am going to make it again with green to see how that works.Overall, it was delicious and I would recommend it to my friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a very good recipe, very light we loved it. This is a very good recipe, very light we loved it. I made a meal out of it by putting all ready cooked chicken in it. It seemed a little dry after adding the rest of the items so I mixed some ranch and italian dressing together it really game it some flavor. Great the next day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick and easy to make. Quick and easy to make. Excellent flavor. Will make this again. My husband can't eat onions so I left the onions out. Delicious even without the onions. We grew grape tomatoes this year so I used grape tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes. Wonderful recipe!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for a family picnic, everyone loved it! Made this for a family picnic, everyone loved it! Used two cups cottage cheese and 1/4 c onions - just right. Press liquid out of spinach to prevent clumps, fluff with fork before mixing with cottage cheese.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The salad was very good. The salad was very good. It was suggested to me that maybe italian dressing mixed in would also be good. The salad was also good heated up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes allowing the parmasen cheese to melt.
