  • Cook vegetables in butter in large saucepan on medium heat until tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add flour and seasonings; mix well. Cook 2 minutes or until bubbly, stirring frequently. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
  • Add cheese; cook until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring constantly. Do not boil.

    It was good but I added some velvetta which helped alot, also it was kinda grainy maybe because the chedder was not melted good, I'm not quite sure.

    Kind of bland but overall, pretty good. You have to 'spice it up' a bit more than the recipe calls for though. I'll definitely try it again with additions!
