Loved it! For convenience, I used 2 cans of drained pears instead of fresh. I couldn't find broccoli slaw so I used cabbage. The pear juice mixes with the vinegar perfectly. Delicious. My 4 yr old loved it too. I thought maybe it would be soggy a couple days later for leftovers but it was still crunchy.
I was disappointed. You would think that with bacon it would have enough flavor, but it was bland. It needed much more mayonnaise and maybe craisins or something sweet. I will not be making this again.
Surprisingly good! The pear made it. And really easy to make.
