My husband said this was the BEST SOUP he had ever tasted! I must say it is delicious and so easy. I did not add any half and half and instead served it with a dollop of sour cream (you could use plain lowfat yoghurt as well). I'm sure it's wonderful with the cream added but really it's great without and so much more healthy. If I make it for company I might add a few tablespoons of cream but I don't think it needs more. This recipe is a keeper!!!!
