My husband will love this! Going by the photo, it looks like the egg was cooked separately then put on top (it's that nice round edge that gives it away). To those of you that have made it, did the egg go down into the potato mixture?
I hate to rate before trying, but it wouldn't let me post without rating. I gave it a 5 because I'm sure it's going to be great!
