Substitute 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided, for the VELVEETA. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the cheese over rice mixture in pie pan; cover with foil. Bake 25 min. Remove foil; sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese and continue baking, uncovered, 15 min.
To prevent cheese from sticking to foil, spray foil with cooking spray.
