    The family loved this one. I added a litte bit of cayenne pepper for flavor before the bake. Turned out great.

    This was great!!!!! I used my loaf pan that makes 8 loaves. Perfect serving size. I used salsa on it but it is wonderful without. I plan to make more and keep in freezer for a quick breakfast.

    I made this as muffins and added cheddar cheese as suggested by "sjgak5", kept in the celery, and added onion powder instead of onions (kids won't touch if they see an onion)-it was a big hit with my family.
