What You Need

pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix

cup milk

1/4

cup cholesterol-free egg product

pkg. (8 oz.) frozen BOCA Veggie Breakfast Links, chopped

stalks celery, chopped

1/2

cup chopped onions

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

MIX first 3 ingredients in medium bowl just until muffin mix is moistened. Stir in remaining ingredients.

POUR into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

The family loved this one. I added a litte bit of cayenne pepper for flavor before the bake. Turned out great.

I made this as muffins and added cheddar cheese as suggested by "sjgak5", kept in the celery, and added onion powder instead of onions (kids won't touch if they see an onion)-it was a big hit with my family.

This was excellent. I used ham instead of sausage and served with sour cream. I think the sausage would give it an even better flavor, so next time, I am going to try using sausage and also some corn kernels.

This was very good! The only change I made was using ground turkey sausage instead of the meatless links & I also put in some cheddar cheese. My family loved it.

Great. I made it for breakfast and put in ground sausage and cheddar cheese and omited the onion and celery. Everyone loved it!!

I left out the celery and served this for breakfast with maple syrup. Excellent!

So very easy to make. I make it often since it is a favorite at home as well as at work. I have made it into muffins and it is equally delicious. A total keeper. Thanks

Easy and very tasty. I didn't have any celery so used some celery seeds. Worked fine.
