  • Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in couscous; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, combine next 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add 1/2 cup dressing; mix lightly.
  • Fluff couscous with fork; stir in remaining dressing.
  • Cover platter with lettuce; top with couscous and vegetable mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Sprinkle 1/2 cup KRAFT Natural Feta Cheese Crumbles over salad just before serving.

Special Extra

Add 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill with the tomatoes.
