Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used this dip at a baby shower. I used this dip at a baby shower. The presentation made it look delicious...I spooned it into hollowed out red, green and yellow bell peppers. Needless to say it was gone before I could get back to the serving table to refill the 'containers'. The 'momma' loved it... The recipe was so simple; once I got all the ingredients measured it took only a few minutes to complete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great dip to take to holiday parties! A great dip to take to holiday parties! The red and green colors make it especially festive. I used 1/3 less fat Philly and green onions instead of the parsley; sprinkling some on top as a garnish. Will definitely make again this season.

I may have missed a step, but I do think the flavor of the dip lacked a little pizazz. I didn't have time to play around with ingredients to make it more tasty.

I thought the recipe was awesome, and both children and adults loved it at the party where it was served. Based on the previous review, I added a little cayenne pepper and minced onions to jazz it up.
