    A great dip to take to holiday parties! The red and green colors make it especially festive. I used 1/3 less fat Philly and green onions instead of the parsley; sprinkling some on top as a garnish. Will definitely make again this season.

    This was much more flavorful than I expected, due to the red pepper. I used homemade thousand island and omitted the milk. Next time I might add extra crab (I used shredded imitation, btw).
