    These are my favorite at Christmas time. I also use english muffins, omit the peppers and onions, and I use immitation crab meat instead of the canned.

    I have been making this for years.They are always a hit. I also use english muffins and freeze the halves, then bake/broil and cut into 4 pieces. Less messy as the crab stays in place on the half muffin.
