These pork chops may sound complicated, but don't be fooled by the long name. In reality, you only need 4 ingredients and 30 minutes.

What You Need

 bone-in pork chops (2-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
Tbsp.  olive oil
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
tsp.   coarsely ground black pepper

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

PLACE chops in shallow pan; brush with oil.

SPRINKLE with combined cheese and pepper.

BAKE 25 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Let stand 3 min. before serving.

Simply insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the meat or poultry, avoiding any bones if present.
