Serving Suggestion

Serve this irresistible vegetable side dish along with your favorite grilled lean meat at your next summer get-together.

Variation

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very bland. Very bland. Cracker coating didn't stick well to the zucchini. Will probably give it another try with a lot of tweeking.
