  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and celery; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon into greased 1-1/2-quart casserole dish; cover.
  • Bake 40 minutes or until heated through.

Keeping it Safe

Stuffing can also be baked in the cavities of a turkey or chicken. Be sure to stuff the bird just before baking . . . never the night before!

Cooking Know-How

Remember for safety's sake to keep the handles of simmering skillets and pots turned inward on the stove top rather than facing out. This prevents them from being knocked off the stove and possibly burning someone.
