  • Toss greens with cranberries, cheese and walnuts in salad bowl.
  • Beat vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add oil, beating until well blended.
  • Pour over salad; toss to coat.

Make it a Main Dish

Add 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a whole wheat roll.

How to Toast Nuts

I originally made this salad with red wine vinager because I did not have balsamic on hand. I loved it, but the second time I made it, I followed the recipe and used balsamic. It was still good, but my family and I prefer using red wine vinager. As my mother said in reference to the salad at Christmas, "we have a new member of the family."

I marinated boneless chicken breasts in Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette and cooked them on the grill. Once chilled, I cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. To make it easier, I used the bottled dressing for the salad too. Serving this for a ladies luncheon was a big hit! A great salad recipe and a keeper for sure.

In a pinch, I've even used a bottled balsamic vinagrette dressing and it's still great. Every time I've made it for guests, I'm asked for the recipe. I highly recommend.
