Substitute 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Cranberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin for 1 pkg. (8-serving size) gelatin.
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.

This recipe is very, very good! We are not big fans of cranberries and we make this instead of having traditional cranberries for holidays. My children always request it for any special meal too.
Great for family meals & everyone enjoyed it. Also took to church covered dish & had empty bowl to bring home.
