Substitute 2/3 cup orange juice for the juice squeezed from the 2 oranges.

What kind of a taste does the fennel bulb provide? Could you substitute onion instead??
This recipe is DELICIOUS! Made this several times. It's a favorite in my family. The sauce it makes is so tasty. I have trouble finding boneless beef ribs or I'd make it more often. This one deserves more than 5 stars! Didn't change a thing. it was superb!!
