It turned out totally fantastic, very tasty, and simple to make. Everyone loved it, including our picky-eater 8 year old daughter. I used CornBread stuffing, as it is my favorite and goes with everything and mixed 1 1/2 cup of Orange Juice. In the chiken mixture I also added 1/2 can of milk for additional moisture. I also cooked EVERYTHING before I put it together. I used leftover cooked chicken, and cooked (microwaved) the vegetables and stuffing which reduced the oven baking time. The stuffing was crispy and the chicken mixture bubbly with just 20 minutes in the oven...awesome!!! This recipe is definitely a new family favorite.

This is a really easy recipe and I like it because it's a good last minute meal to make since most ingredients could be stuff you have on hand already. I thought it was going to have a little more flavor though. Next time I'll use all OJ and no water and maybe using some sour cream would help too. I used the broccoli, califlower, carrot combo but I will vary it more next time. My favorite part was the topping because I'm a big cranberry fan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was very tasty. This was very tasty. I liked the flavor added by the orange juice & cranberries. I'm not sure if I prepared the stuffing properly, since I'm not clear WHICH 'directions on the package' this recipe is referring to. Are we just supposed to mix the stuffing and the liquid and set aside like you do for the other Stove Top casseroles, or are you supposed to actually cook the stuffing on the stove?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I needed a quick supper. I needed a quick supper. My husband and I loved this recipe. the stuffing was excellent. I used the one cup orange jucie, and the box stated 2 cups of liquid so instead of just 1/2 cup water i used one cup water w/the one cup orange jucie. I mixed it all together after the liquid boiled and let it set while I put the rest of it together. I will definately make this again.

I made this recipe today, and the taste combination was delicious....however the next time I bake this I will cover loosely with aluminum foil as the topping of Stove Top with cranberries and pecans burned to a crispy black. The recipe was followed using the exact ingredients, cooking time and temperature, with NO variations. Note: My oven temps are accurate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was an "instant favorite" with my family! This was an "instant favorite" with my family! It is easy and delicious as is but can also be "tweaked" to suit your tastes - - - I have added extra chicken, vegetables, cranberries, nuts, and o-j. I've also used a flour, chicken broth, and spices gravy for a relative who is lactose intolerant. Thanks for the great recipes!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for my card club dinner, everyone loved it, made 2 9X13 dishes, not much left. Made this for my card club dinner, everyone loved it, made 2 9X13 dishes, not much left. Which is the best compliment. Thanks for all the previous hints, did all orange juice with the stuffing, no water, and a 1/2 can of milk to soup mixture. Did 2 kinds of vegetable, one with corn, carrots and asparagus, that went first!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was not good at all. This was not good at all. The orange and cranberry flavors were too strong and weren't balanced with the other flavors. The chicken and veg mixture was good, so we ended up separating the chicken from the stuffing and tolerating it. Definitely disappointed and definitely won't make it again.
