  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • Beat pudding mixes, cinnamon and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Remove 1 cup gelatin cubes; set aside. Layer half each of the remaining gelatin cubes, cake cubes, oranges and pudding in 3-qt. serving bowl. Repeat layers; top with reserved gelatin cubes. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Oh and I am back on the website to get the ingredients yet again for a church dinner. We have lots of diabetics and overweight people to find the best foods to serve and sometimes the taste is lost using special fat free or sugar free items but this one retains the flavor!!!

The cinnamon is like the secret ingredient that gives it a wonderful taste, but yet you can't tell what it is. Also keeps well in the fridge, so great for leftovers and no waste. Not that there is usually much left (I make double batches though)

What a fresh pleasing flavor it has with the cinnimon. I and my husband and the company loved it. I didn't even tell anyone I used the sugar free ingrediants. :) I give it a 10. It's a keeper for sure.

I felt the jello detracted from the overall taste, aside from the whole recipe being a little too complicated for my hectic schedule. If I did make something like this again, I would definitely use real fruit in place of the jello.

I usually use fresh strawberries and blueberries. My coworkers expect me it everytime we have an office celebration and I don't mind because it is so simple to make. Everyone always asks for the recipe.
