what you need

large ripe pears, cored, peeled and sliced (about 4 cups)

Tbsp. brown sugar
1
tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
1/2
cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2
cup flour
3
Tbsp. cold margarine
1
cup whole grain cereal flakes with cranberries and almonds, lightly crushed

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Toss pears with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. of the cinnamon in large bowl. Place in 8-inch square baking dish.

MIX 1/2 cup sugar, the flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cereal. Sprinkle evenly over pears.

BAKE 30 min. or until pears are tender. Serve warm.
