Check pie after 25 min. If edge of crust is becoming too brown, cover pie loosely with foil for the rest of the baking time.

This pie was delicious! I added 2 tablespoons of milk to the cream cheese to make it easier to spread on the crust. Also, my local store didn't have fresh or frozen cranberries, so I used 2 cans of whole berry cranberry sauce, rinsed so only the berries were left (no juice/gel). Tasted great, will definitely make again!
It was easy and simple to make. Delicious. Goes well with vanilla ice cream. I will repeat!
Made this for our Thanksgiving dessert & it was AWESOME and so easy to make. We'll be having this pie more often!!
