Cranberry and Pecan Cheese Log

Great flavor with the tart cranberries and orange zest. I usually double the zest and serve with plain bagel chips. Huge hit at holiday gatherings!

What You Need

tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese

1/4

cup chopped dried cranberries

Tbsp. orange zest

1/2

cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

TRISCUIT Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients until well blended; shape into 6-inch log.

COAT with nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap.

REFRIGERATE 30 min. Serve with crackers.

Made it for Christmas Eve. Everyone loved it. Will definitely make it again. So simple.

Made this for a pot luck at work. It was a definitely different yet tasty. I didn't measure the orange zest so I don't think I used the full amount, but it was definitely prominent.

I thought it lacked flavor. My husband thought it tasted more like candy. Actually no one liked it and we aren't picky eaters. It was just blah!

I added about 4 oz of bleu cheese crumbles and doubled the cranberries. Yum!

It was very hard to shape using the cream cheese spread because it was so soft. I wonder about making it with cream cheese or using half cream cheese and half cream cheese spread. The taste was very good.
