  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 2-1/2 cups; pour into small saucepan. Bring to boil. Add to dry gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts and apples. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Refrigerate 2-1/2 hours or until firm. Remove desserts from liners before serving.

    I want to make this cupcake jello cranberry thing for tomorrow Thanksgiving. I would be so thankful if there was a print option so that I could take the printed recipe to my kitchen while I am preparing it. Ah, I see that once you sign up, the print option is available. Thank you for the recipe and I will be checking back for more Kraft recipes.

    This is always a hit , I use it at Thanksgiving and at Christmas and it is always a hit. I use foil liners since the paper ones get soggy .
