Prepare recipe as directed. Spoon all but 1 cup into containers, then cover and refrigerate as directed for the jam. Soften 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese; spread onto bottom of pie plate. Mix remaining 1 cup cranberry mixture and 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) until blended; spoon over cream cheese. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions or finely chopped fresh cilantro. Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables and/or crackers.
