  • Stand 11 cookies end-to-end around side of 8-inch springform pan. Chop remaining cookies. Spread on bottom of pan; set aside.
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool slightly. Beat Neufchatel in medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until smooth; gradually beat in dissolved gelatin. Fold whipped topping into cheese mixture; pour into prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
