This is really easy and my very picky family enjoys it every time I make it! It is a refreshing change from ordering out for pizza, and you can add different toppings to suit your mood. (Try ground chicken, barbecue sauce, and onions! Yum!)
I only had frozed biscuits but the recipe still worked. The "pizza" side of the recipe really complimented the biscuit.
My kids loved this recipe. It's so versatile, you can change the meat and cheese to match your family's pizza tastes. We also used it in our Meal Swap group and it was a huge success.
