Crazy Crust Pizza

Pieces of refrigerated biscuit dough form a crazy crust that holds toppings of turkey, pizza sauce and cheese. Let the kids help make it for extra fun.

What You Need

pkg. (16 oz.) frozen LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey, thawed

can (15 oz.) pizza sauce

cans (12 oz. each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Pizza Shredded Low-Moisture Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheeses

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COOK turkey in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in pizza sauce.

SEPARATE biscuits; cut each into quarters. Place in greased 13x9-inch pan; top with turkey mixture.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

Serve with a mixed green salad for added color and texture.

Substitute

Substitute 1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped, for the cooked ground turkey. Mix with pizza sauce. Continue as directed.

This is really easy and my very picky family enjoys it every time I make it! It is a refreshing change from ordering out for pizza, and you can add different toppings to suit your mood. (Try ground chicken, barbecue sauce, and onions! Yum!)

I only had frozed biscuits but the recipe still worked. The "pizza" side of the recipe really complimented the biscuit.

My kids loved this recipe. It's so versatile, you can change the meat and cheese to match your family's pizza tastes. We also used it in our Meal Swap group and it was a huge success.

The biscuits make a great crust! I used bacon instead of the turkey, it was great, just like bite size pieces of candian bacon pizza! I think next time I'll use beef and maybe add some more toppings!

This is a quick, easy and tasty recipe that anyone will love. I made it with reduced fat wheat biscuits, garden vegetable spaghetti sauce and 2% milk cheese. It was great! My very picky 2 year old loved it.

This was a great variation on pizza! It was really easy to make, and i love that it used ground turkey instead of ground beef. It was really tasty, and the leftovers reheated quite well. i will definitely be making this regularly.

I added pepperoni and mushrooms to the recipe. The quartered pieces of biscuts are awesome because you already have bite size pieces when your trying to eat it. Very tasy!!!
