  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Whisk egg and 1 cup milk until blended; set aside. Combine 2-1/4 cups flour, granulated sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in 1/2 cup butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg mixture; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  • Sprinkle remaining flour onto work surface. Add dough; knead until smooth and no longer sticky. Roll into 12x10-inch rectangle.
  • Melt remaining butter; brush onto dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon until blended; sprinkle over dough. Roll up dough tightly, starting at one long side. Cut into 16 slices; place, cut sides up, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until puffed and lightly browned. Cool slightly.
  • Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining milk until blended. Drizzle over buns.
