This sweet version of baked noodle pudding is studded with raisins, sprinkled with a cinnamon-sugared corn flake topping and served warm for dessert.

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup butter or margarine, melted

 eggs, beaten
1/2
cup milk
1/4
cup sugar

cups (8 oz.) egg noodles, cooked, drained
1/2
cup raisins
2
cups corn flakes, crushed
2
Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1
Tbsp. sugar
1/4
tsp. ground cinnamon

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter in large bowl until well blended. Blend in eggs, milk and 1/4 cup sugar. Add noodles and raisins; mix well.

POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix corn flake crumbs, 2 Tbsp. butter, 1 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over noodle mixture.

BAKE 25 min. or until center is set.

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

Substitute 1 can (8-1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, for raisins.
Use Your Microwave
Mix noodle mixture as directed; spoon into 12x8-inch microwaveable dish. Sprinkle with corn flake mixture as directed. Microwave on HIGH 8 min., turning dish after 4 min. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 9 to 12 min. or until center is set.
