An easy, quick and tasty dinner with few ingredients. I did make some changes. I had two thawed chicken breast that I cut into bite sized pieces and browned along with some fresh mushrooms. Instead of toast, I served over egg noodles.
Next time I will cook my own chicken- I did NOT like the taste/texture of the ready to eat that was recommended. I used less milk and used the Kraft Italian blend cheese instead.
This was absolutely fabulous!! My family really enjoyed it and it was so easy to make! I used double the swiss cheese to thicken the gravy a little.
