Cream-style corn, instant rice, egg and seasonings are baked into a side-dish casserole that’s ready for the oven in just 10 minutes.

cans  (14.75 oz. each) cream-style corn

cup  MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1
 egg, lightly beaten
1/2
tsp.  salt
1/8
tsp.  black pepper
1/8
tsp.  ground nutmeg (optional)

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

POUR into greased 9-inch square baking dish.

BAKE 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
