What You Need

bags  (9 to 10 oz. each) fresh spinach leaves
oz.  (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
cup  fat-free milk
tsp.  lemon pepper seasoning

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Empty spinach into a large colander. Pour boiling water over the spinach until wilted. Squeeze the spinach to remove excess moisture; place on cutting board and coarsely chop.

MIX remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir in spinach. Spoon into greased 1-quart baking dish.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.

How to Soften Neufchatel Cheese
Place measured amount of Neufchatel in microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 seconds or until slightly softened.
Prepare as directed, substituting 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen leaf spinach, thawed and well drained, for the chopped blanched fresh spinach.
Use Your Microwave
Assemble recipe as directed; cover with wax paper or paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 min. or until heated through, turning after 3 min.
